Before You Submit
• Events should include accurate host contact information
• Promotional spam may be declined
• Listings are reviewed before publication

What Belongs on the Calendar
You may submit events that are relevant to the PRC audience, including:
- photography and creative industry events
- networking events and meetups
- workshops, classes, and educational sessions
- art markets, pop-ups, and community events
- business events for creatives and small business owners
- family-friendly local events that support community connection
What Not to Submit
Please do not submit:
- spam or duplicate events
- misleading or incomplete listings
- unrelated national promotions with no local or community value
- content that is explicit, discriminatory, or inappropriate
- events you do not have permission to promote
Event Details to Include
Please make sure your submission includes:
- a clear event title
- accurate date and time
- location details or online access details
- a short event description
- organizer or host information
- cost or registration details, if applicable
- a helpful link for more information when needed
The more complete your submission is, the easier it is for us to review and approve it.
Image Guidelines
If you upload an image, please make sure it:
- is clear and easy to read
- represents the event accurately
- does not include excessive text or clutter
- does not contain inappropriate or copyrighted material you do not have permission to use
Simple flyers, branded graphics, or clean promotional images work best.
Approval and Review
All submitted events may be reviewed before they are published. PRC may edit formatting, adjust categories, or request clarification if needed. Submitting an event does not guarantee publication.
Edits and Updates
If your event details change after submission, please update your listing if that option is available to you, or contact us with corrections as soon as possible.
Community Standards
We want this calendar to feel helpful, relevant, and community-minded. Please submit events in good faith and with respect for the audience using this platform.
