Make sure to complete your Author Profile!
Make sure to update your “Author Profile,” which will be visible on all your listings, so people can contact you directly from the listing.
This is different than your PRC Member Profile (which is just a login profile for the site).
Event Organizers:
The Event Organizer is the primary contact for the event.
You can ideally add events on behalf of an organization or person, and add multiple organizers if you like (e.g., yourself and another staff member or the event’s owner).
How to Update/Edit Organizer(s):
If you need to edit the Organizer(s) specifically, go to My Events > Click the Organizer Name (and the edit panel will open). A secondary way is to edit the event itself, scroll down to the Organizer and click “Edit Organizer.”
If something is wonky…
This is a new website that I will soft-launch and roll out slowly to photographers/videographers first, so I can gather user feedback.
While I have experience in web design, I’m not a “web designer.”

To be sure you are a searchable business in the PRC Directory, you will need to add yourself as a Business Listing. Add yourself under the Directory Management tab.
Member Profile vs. Directory Profile
Your Member Profile is ONLY for internal PRC membership. As the site grows, the member profiles may get more features.
You will want to fill out a Directory Profile – “Author Profile” to be displayed and be contacted through directory listings.
