The Photographers Resource Collective (“PRC”) is a community-driven directory and resource platform designed to connect creatives and the broader community.
By creating an account, submitting content, or using this site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
The PRC reserves the right to update these terms as the platform evolves.
Platform Purpose
The PRC is an informational directory and resource hub. Listings and submissions are provided by contributors and are reviewed for general accuracy and relevance.
The PRC does not guarantee:
- The quality of services listed
- Availability of listed businesses
- Outcomes of professional engagements
The PRC is not responsible for agreements, contracts, payments, or disputes between users.
Accounts & Eligibility
Accounts may be created by individuals 18 years or older.
Contributors under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian create and manage the account on their behalf.
By creating an account, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and truthful.
The PRC reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate platform standards.
Content Ownership & Use
Contributors retain ownership of their submitted content.
By submitting content, you grant the PRC permission to display, organize, and promote that content within the platform.
Content may be edited for clarity, formatting, or consistency.
The PRC reserves the right to remove content that:
- Is misleading or inaccurate
- Violates community standards
- Does not align with the purpose of the platform
Community Standards & Content Restrictions
The PRC is a community-facing platform.
The following content is not permitted:
- Explicit sexual content or pornographic material
- Graphic nudity displayed without appropriate discretion
- Stolen, scraped, or uncredited images
- Fabricated reviews or misrepresentation
- Spam or unrelated advertising
Boudoir and mature genre photography may be listed; however, preview images and displayed content must remain community-appropriate and not explicitly sexual in nature.
The PRC reserves the right to remove or restrict content at its discretion to maintain the integrity of the platform.
User Communications
The PRC may provide contact forms or email links within directory listings to facilitate direct communication between users and listed businesses.
These communications are sent directly to the listed contributor’s provided contact information. The PRC does not monitor, store, or mediate these communications.
Any agreements, services, or arrangements made between users and listed contributors are solely between those parties.
Limitation of Liability
The PRC provides information for general purposes only.
The platform and its owner are not liable for:
- Losses resulting from engagements between users
- Inaccurate information submitted by contributors
- Temporary outages or technical errors
Use of the platform is at your own discretion.
Modifications
The PRC may update features, policies, or terms as the platform grows.
Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
