Clear expectations and resources for contributors.
If you have questions at any point, you’re welcome to reach out.
This space is designed for photographers, videographers, and creative professionals working in visual media projects and events.
Participation is open to:
Provide photography, videography, or related creative services
Offer professional services that support creatives (such as venues, styling, business support, or consulting)
Organize events where visual media plays a role
The PRC exists to connect working professionals and strengthen the creative community through thoughtful participation.
Â
The directory is designed to help users discover reputable photographers, videographers, and creative service providers in a clear and organized way.
To keep listings useful and trustworthy:
Listings should represent active professionals or businesses
Information must be accurate and up to date
Portfolio samples should reflect your own work
Contact details should be current and verifiable
Listings are not influenced by advertising tiers or commission-based placement. Any future platform updates will prioritize transparency and community standards.
As the platform grows, transparency and integrity will remain central to how listings are managed.Â
Listings may be edited by the admin for clarity and formatting.
The Community Calendar highlights events where photography, videography, and creative work intersect with the broader community — primarily serving Southern Oregon and surrounding regions.
Event submissions are welcome from:
Event hosts or co-hosts
Organizations and associations
Creative professionals organizing workshops, styled shoots, seasonal sessions, or mini-session events
To keep the calendar useful and relevant:
You must be directly involved in the event or provide verified host contact information
Event details should be accurate and complete
Submissions are reviewed before publication and may be edited for clarity or formatting
Irrelevant or misleading promotional content may be declined
There is currently no fee to submit events. The calendar is intended to share meaningful opportunities and gatherings—not function as a general advertising feed.
Creating an account allows contributors to submit directory listings, post jobs, share buy/sell items, and participate in other platform features.
Accounts are intended for professionals and organizers contributing to the platform’s content and listings — including creative service providers, supporting businesses, and event hosts.
Your member profile is private and visible only to logged-in users. It functions as your account profile within the site.
Membership does not imply endorsement or guarantee inclusion in the public directory.
If you would like to appear in the public directory, you must create and complete a Directory Author Profile.
An Author Profile allows you to submit your business as a directory listing. It does not automatically publish or display your business in the directory.
Listings are reviewed before publication and must meet the platform’s standards for accuracy and completeness.
Event submissions to the Community Calendar do not require a site membership.
The PRC is built on trust, clarity, and professional respect. These standards help maintain a space that supports working creatives and the broader community.
Participants are expected to:
Represent their work, experience, and services accurately
Provide truthful and verifiable information in listings and submissions
Use only work they have created or have permission to display
Communicate respectfully with other members
Avoid misleading claims, exaggerated credentials, or fabricated reviews
Use the platform for relevant, professional purposes
If concerns arise regarding a listing, profile, or submitted content, the PRC reserves the right to review the matter before allowing continued public visibility.
This may include:
Temporarily removing or suspending a listing
Requesting clarification or supporting information
Reviewing complaints or reports of misuse
Accounts found to be misrepresenting work, using stolen content, fabricating reviews, or repeatedly violating standards may be removed from the platform.
The goal of this process is not punitive — it is to protect the integrity of the community and the trust of those who rely on it.
The PRC is intended to remain a focused and relevant resource for the creative community.
The platform does not allow:
Spam, mass submissions, or repetitive promotional posts
Listings created on behalf of others without permission
Scraped, stolen, or uncredited images or content
Affiliate link farming or unrelated advertising
Impersonation or misrepresentation of identity
Irrelevant content not aligned with the platform’s purpose
Content that falls outside these boundaries may be removed.
If you’re unsure where your contribution fits, feel free to reach out before submitting anything.
